1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund for eligible services. For tutoring sessions, you may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time to receive a full refund.

For digital products or course materials, the return period begins on the date of purchase. Once you have accessed or downloaded digital content, returns may be limited as described in the Non-Returnable Items section.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within the specified return period
  • The service has not been fully utilized or completed
  • For session cancellations, notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance
  • The reason for return is valid and complies with this policy
  • No violation of our Terms of Use has occurred

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Cost of Return Shipping

Since our services are primarily digital and delivered online, there are typically no shipping costs associated with returns. However, if you have purchased physical materials or products:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
  • If we sent you an incorrect item or a defective product, we will cover all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number or purchase confirmation
  3. Specify the reason for the return
  4. For physical items, wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  5. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund

We will respond to your return request within 5 business days and process approved returns within 10 business days of receipt.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Completed tutoring sessions that have been fully delivered
  • Digital materials, courses, or resources that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Personalized or custom-created content
  • Services cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time (unless due to our error)
  • Gift cards or promotional credits
  • Services purchased more than 14 days ago
  • Items returned in damaged condition due to customer misuse

6. General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. In accordance with legal requirements:

  • You have the right to cancel services within the specified period
  • We will process refunds in a timely manner as required by law
  • Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy
  • This policy applies in addition to any rights you may have under local consumer protection laws

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive, including the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following circumstances:

  • Before Service Delivery: You may cancel at any time before the service has been provided for a full refund
  • Tutoring Sessions: Cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund
  • After Service Begins: Partial refunds may be available on a pro-rata basis if the service is cancelled mid-delivery
  • Our Cancellation: If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund automatically

8. Refund Procedure

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method

Please note that we cannot refund to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase, except in special circumstances.
